How do I work?
In a private class: My approach is completely personalized. We will chat before the class and see how you feel that day, how was your day and what are you needing at that moment. You can choose the style of yoga to practice that day according to your needs.
In a group class: we will arrive at a common need of the whole group and we will dedicate the class to it
It is my interest to improve your well-being and to do it through a different sequence in each class so that you do not get bored and do not enter into monotony.
