About me

My first contact with Yoga was 15 years ago as a student in a yoga center in Buenos Aires, my hometown. At that time, I was working in the tourism world as a sales representative and I was under a lot of stress and anxiety. It was love at first sight. There my personal practice began until in 2018 I trained as a teacher and from that moment I did not stop working and training. I am trained in the following styles: Yin, Yin/Yang, Nidra, Hatha, Restorative, Pre and Post Natal and Vinyasa. Registered in Yoga Alliance.

I am also a Mindfulness Instructor and I teach in English and Spanish.

Apart from yoga I am passionate about pastry with a diploma in Le Cordon Bleu and I have a background in Hotel Management.
